Fibre Net in Future Airport

Fibre Net in Future Airport
While waiting for Inter Airport Europe 2011, one of the leading exhibitions for the airport industry worldwide scheduled from October 11th to 14th in Munich (Germany), Fibre Net “did some warm-up” and obtained extensive coverage in Future Airport, a renowned magazine dedicated to the issues connected with the airport sector.

The leading article, in fact, illustrates the fencing of the French Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airport, for which FIBREFENCE systems made of FRP material manufactured by Fibre Net were used.

The work was a delicate task because fences are often mounted in critical areas inside airports (around runways or near radar instrumentation), and must therefore be made of radio-transparent and
non-magnetic materials. FIBREFENCE systems are made of FRP composite materials, which feature such special characteristics.
